We’ll utilize the wall in these four main ways:

🔆 to refresh our knowledge and experience of the body and yoga postures.

Wall Yoga enhances alignment and activates often overlooked muscles, fostering a deep connection to your body’s structure. This provides valuable feedback, helping refine your poses while increasing proprioception. You’ll learn isometric muscle engagement, leading to greater strength and control. This practice promotes a sense of groundedness and support, facilitating a stronger mind-body connection.

To end each session, I’ll lead you in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation takes you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping for deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is proven to heal your body and mind by shifting you into the natural healing parasympathetic mode.

What you will receive:
