You begin by focusing on your breath, observing it as a light petal that rises and falls. You imagine walking through the vivid green landscape filled with gentle breeze and vibrant flowers, you are drawn to the sight of golden dandelions, dancing and shimmering like a thousand suns. Picking a dandelion seed globe, you feel in your heart all the gifts you’d like to spread to others, around the world. As you blow on it, the seeds travel to everyone in need. The entire journey fills you with warmth and a deeper connection to these virtues, forever linking dandelions with goodness and humanity in your mind.
