We begin our practice with a mudra to assist in releasing the weight of the past to open to the gift of the present. Our class focuses on the Metal Element channels of Lung and Large intestine to both strengthen and balance your Immune System. Located in the upper back, chest, shoulders, arms and hands, these channels will be activated with flowing movement, strengthening and yoga postures. Ayurvedic self-massage will bring flow to the lymphatic system to further aid immunity. You will be breathing more fully and feel more centered.
