NOURISHING THE JOINTS: Five Element Yoga® Therapy On-Demand Registration
A whole-body and all-joint nourishing experience! All the main joints: shoulders, wrists, spine, hips, knees, and ankles will be activated with specific yoga postures. Somatic movement will help you to strengthen and release through the core, spine and neck. Special PNF stretching will give you an extra release through tight hamstrings, and self-massage points will help knee alignment and health. We’ll move and breathe with the sound of Aum to bring body-mind-spirit into unity. Deep relaxation in yoga nidra will allow your joints to fully drink in and absorb the nourishment of our practice together. Note: This is a 1.25 hour class.
