In each Series Course, I will guide you through diverse experiential learning with the transformational practices of Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. Whether you’re exploring my Vagus Nerve Yoga, Immune Boost Yoga, Stress-Soothing, Meridian Yoga, or other offerings, each session will deepen your connection to yourself and your inner being.
