FLOW OF OUR CLASS:
Our session begins with a short centering together. Then you just lie down and listen! I’ll guide you with my soothing voice, accompanied by relaxing music. I’ve created a new Yoga Nidra journey each week that’s attuned to the season to assist with inner balance and harmony.
Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that includes body sensing, heart’s intention, breath meditation, positive emotions, and journeying into landscapes, the elements, healing and bliss. You will leave feeling whole and complete!
