When Wood Element is stagnant, anger, irritability, intensity, rigidity, depression, insomnia, feeling stuck, and trouble with ‘going with the flow’ are common. Physically this can cause difficulty digesting, bloat, nausea, menstrual difficulties, allergies, headaches, stiff joints, aches and pains, unclear direction and anger bursts.

Jennifer Reis is senior faculty of Kripalu Center and the Kripalu Schools with 30 years of yoga teaching experience. She is the creator of both Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, and Liscensed Massage Therapist LMT.

Her Online Studio and global community have been a steady home for thousands of students for many years, offering practices that nourish the nervous system, restore energy, and invite deep rest and renewal.
