Learn Deep Relaxation Techniques to Improve Wellness and Joy
Studies prove that relaxation helps to reduce stress and tension in the body. During stress, our body produces hormones like cortisol and adrenaline that can cause negative effects on our health, such as high blood pressure, headaches, and digestive problems.
Our Oasis of Bliss practices are relaxation techniques that can help to lower cortisol levels, reduce muscle tension, and promote joy, which can lead to improved physical health, as well as help to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by promoting feelings of calmness. Regular relaxation helps improve overall mood, increase ability to cope with stressful situations, and boost quality of life.
Real relaxation improves sleep quality. According to a review published in the journal Sleep Medicine Reviews, relaxation techniques can help to improve sleep quality and reduce the amount of time it takes to fall asleep. This leads to better physical and mental health, as sleep is essential for the body to repair and regenerate.
