This Series is designed to awaken possibility within your whole being. We will utilize the wall in these four main ways, for:

Wall Yoga enhances alignment while activating often overlooked muscles, fostering a deep connection to your body’s structure. This provides valuable feedback, helping refine your poses while increasing proprioception. You’ll learn isometric muscle engagement, leading to greater strength and control. This practice promotes a sense of groundedness and support, facilitating a stronger mind-body connection.

Each session completes with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation takes you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping for deepest relaxation.
