Discover Ancient Ways To Strengthen Your Digestive System

Our potent practices combine Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine integrating rhythmic movement, yoga postures, breathwork, Shiatsu (meridian self-massage), and yoga nidra lying down relaxation. This Series will leave you feeling grounded, restored, and open to the abundance of the Late Summer season.

As reflections of nature, our Earth Element Meridians—the Stomach and Spleen—become more active during this time. Our practice will focus on cultivating these channels, as imbalances can lead to various physical, emotional, and mental symptoms.

  • Physically digestive problems like bloating, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, poor appetite, or nausea. You might also experience weakness or heaviness in the body, muscle cramps, swelling due to poor fluid metabolism, fatigue, lethargy, excess mucus, unexplained weight changes, or a tendency to bruise easily.
  • Emotionally, Earth imbalance can cause excessive worry, anxiety, or obsession with details, leading to difficulty focusing, mental fog, poor memory, or depression.
  • Metabolically, imbalanced blood sugar levels and cravings for sweets or carbs, along with a weakened immune system, make you more susceptible to viruses, infections, and illnesses.

By activating a smooth flow of Qi (vital energy) throughout your meridians you can experience benefits after just one session. Nourishing your inner Earth Element will rejuvenate your entire being, fostering a sense of embodiment and calm-centered peace by strengthening your digestion, soothing your emotions, and helping to balance blood sugar levels by working with your Meridians.
