As the heat rises both outside and within, our Cooling Wave Series offers a refreshing exhale for your whole being! I’ve chosen the most cooling and calming yoga and Vagus Nerve practices to guide you into a softer, more flowing experience within your body and whole being.  

Inspired by the calming wisdom of Water Element from Ayurveda, yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will gently melt tensions, settle nerves, and soothe fatigue. You will feel like you are floating in waves of ease and grace within as you replenish what has become burned out, overheated or depleted.  

And the results are in: proven benefits of these practices include lowered heart rate and blood pressure, increased heart rate variability (HRV), reduced anxiety, decreased systemic inflammation, and improved digestion. You will find yourself sleeping more deeply, moving through your days with greater flow, and feeling refreshed from the inside out.
