Five Kosha Yoga Series is an invitation to remember yourself layer by layer. Each session opens a doorway into the luminous architecture of your being where the koshic levels of body, breath, mind, insight, and joy are felt as living presence.
You do not need to know anything about the koshas. You will be guided to feel into your five layers of being experientially with yoga practices and yoga nidra. As we flow through this sacred map of being together, your life will move with greater coherence and meaning.

In our Series, practice becomes a form of listening, where the body begins to feel like home, the breath naturally remembers its rhythm, and the mind and emotions find their ease. Jennifer Reis is senior faculty of Kripalu Center and the Kripalu Schools with 30 years of yoga teaching experience. She is the creator of both Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, and Liscensed Massage Therapist LMT.
Her Online Studio and global community have been a steady home for thousands of students for many years, offering practices that nourish the nervous system, restore energy, and invite deep rest and renewal.
