In THE HEALING BODY Series you will be guided in practices to feel more at ease in your own skin. Each Session is designed to help you settle, soften, and feel yourself again, not as a project, but as a living body worthy of nourishment and care.
I’ll share practical techniques drawn from energy work, Shiatsu, and Ayurveda that you can practice with your own hands. These methods support circulation and lymph flow, and they also teach you something priceless: how to touch your own body with skill and heart.
As the layers unwind, your Inner Healer has more space to respond. Many people notice less tension, more comfort in their daily movements, steadier emotions, and revitalizing sleep.

Jennifer Reis is senior faculty of Kripalu Center and the Kripalu Schools with 30 years of yoga teaching experience. She is the creator of both Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, and Liscensed Massage Therapist LMT.
Her Online Studio and global community have been a steady home for thousands of students for many years, offering practices that nourish the nervous system, restore energy, and invite deep rest and renewal.
