You will be guided through body, breath, and guided imagery through each level of being called ‘koshas’. Peacefully, Divine Sleep® gives you access to your deeper levels so that you feel connected and whole.

Five Element Yoga® weaves together the rich traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and bodywork. This multi-faceted practice includes postures, breathing, self-massage, meridians and mudras. You will refresh from the inside out as you learn and practice powerful new wellness tools.

Jennifer Reis has been leading yoga and yoga nidra classes, workshops, retreats and trainings for nearly three decades. One of the foremost teachers of yoga nidra, Jennifer will skillfully lead you in this deeply relaxing weekend!
