Explore and play in the autumn leaves, collecting your favorites, until you find a large mound of leaves that becomes your healing nest.

 Nestled in the quiet forest where each leaf is a unique shade of orange, gold, or crimson, you take deep rest within the comfort of your healing nest. The beautiful leaves cradle you, as you drift into a deeper and deeper states of ease. All stresses float and are carried away by the gentle fall breeze.

 In this place of nourishment, you can let go and allow yourself to be held by the healing energy of autumn. Each leaf reminds you of the beauty in change, inviting peace and inner stillness with every unfolding moment.
