Learn to stimulate the Vagus Nerve, sending a message to your body that it is time to relax and de-stress. This parasympathetic shift in your nervous system to “rest, digest, and repair” is the healing mode for your body, and it is proven to uplift mood, and increase health, wellbeing, and resilience.

Learn about the vagus nerve and how to work with it. Be guided in a calming Five Element Yoga® practice to activate inner peace within your mind, body and emotions. Our practice will include rhythmic and restorative postures, breathing, mudras, and self-massage.

Five Element Yoga® Teacher Training   May 15-16 & 22-23 (two weekends) 
Live Online. FOR EVERYONE. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to do this training. 40-hour Certificate Training. CE’s YACEP (Includes Proprietary Training Manual PDF). Move deeply into Five Element Yoga® practice yourself, while learning the skills necessary to create powerful classes and workshops! Beyond an ordinary training, this is a time for practice, experiential and interactive learning. By embodying the Five Elements within, you will take your practice, and your teaching to a new level to awaken inner radiance as a yogi, as a teacher, and most importantly, as a human being.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Teacher Training   June 5-6 & 12-13 (two weekends)

Live Online. FOR EVERYONE! You do not need to be a yoga teacher to do this training. 40-hour Certificate Training. 40-CE’s YACEP YA. Includes Proprietary Training Manual

Gain the skills you need to lead others into greater levels of freedom and health than they ever imagined possible. Not all ‘yoga nidras’ or trainings are of a high standard or quality. Developed in 2005, Jennifer has led over 100 trainings, with 1700+ graduates, with abundant praise for this tried and true quality training.

  • Learn how to deeply nourish yourself and others.
