Tonight is my Birthday! And so, I want to share with you one of my all-time favorite Yoga Nidras! In this practice, you’ll be gently guided through the Chakra Wheels of Energy within your being.

We’ll begin by cultivating a deep connection with your body, breath, and energy, then move into mind and emotions, allowing peace to settle on every level of your being. This experience will help you nurture your loving ‘Witness’—the part of you that accepts and embraces who you are in each moment.

From there, we will flow into a healing inward journey, awakening and aligning your chakras like a harmonious symphony. As the divine chorus plays on, you’ll imagine placing a healing flower in each sacred energy point of your body, where they will bloom together in the radiant sound of ‘Aum’, sending waves of healing throughout your being. You’ll emerge from this journey feeling balanced, refreshed, and renewed!
