Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not a yoga teacher. Can I do this training? Can I lead yoga nidra?
Yes! This training is for everyone. You do not need to be a yoga teacher. You will learn everything you need to in order to successfully lead yoga nidra.
Where can I lead yoga nidra after this training?
You will be able to lead yoga nidra in person, online, to individuals, groups where ever you wish.
Do you offer scripts I can lead in my classes?
Yes, the manual is over 200 pages and contains many scripts and script segments that you can mix and match to create your own unique yoga nidra journeys with.
Will I receive Continuing Education Credits?
Yes! You will receive 40-CE’s from Yoga Alliance YACEP, whom Jennifer is a provider for.
What are the physical requirements of this training?
There are no specific physical requirements for this training. There are 30-minute yoga posture and breathing sessions which can be adapted for any level.
Is the training recorded? Will I have access to recordings?
Yes, the training is recorded and you will have access to the recordings for a month after the training.
Is there a Level II Teacher Training?

Yes! Level II Teacher Training has two parts and is offered live-online for your continued learning in script writing, diving into the levels of the mind, deepening your Sankalpa Heart’s Intention, how to use theme, creativity and how to create compelling journeys.

Do I need to be present for all of the live-online sessions?

This training is interactive with partner work and discussion and adds to the training. If there is an important reason you can miss 3-hours of the training and then you’ll catch up with the Training Recording, homework and partnerwork.
