Uplift with Pranavayu upward current of energy through out this nourishing flow to strengthen your breath, lungs and immune system. Gentle backbending, opening ribs and spine laterally, arm movements with breath to invigorate and detox. Followed by self-massage, opening and stretching the Lung Channel and shoulder girdle. Wonderful sinus clearing techniques and strengthening your breath. Slow flowing side warriors, down dogs, resting banana and twist poses. Let go fully with yoga nidra dessert to finish.
