Created by Jennifer, this lying down guided meditation allows you to deeply relax at the end of each session, restoring you within every level of being. 

Get Ready To Move Your Body With A Whole New Supported Approach

This Series is designed to awaken possibility within your whole being. We will utilize the wall in these four main ways, for:

  1. Stability & balance
  2. Alignment
  3. Isometric engagement
  4. Refresh knowledge and experience of the body and yoga postures.

Wall Yoga enhances alignment while activating often overlooked muscles, fostering a deep connection to your body’s structure. This provides valuable feedback, helping refine your poses while increasing proprioception. You’ll learn isometric muscle engagement, leading to greater strength and control. This practice promotes a sense of groundedness and support, facilitating a stronger mind-body connection.

Each session completes with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation takes you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping for deepest relaxation. Yoga nidra is proven to heal your body and mind by shifting you into the natural healing parasympathetic mode. This is the perfect way to integrate and restore!
