Ushas Mudra: Opening to Transformation

Ushas means ‘Dawn’ and this mudra allows you to greet each day joyfully, with more openness, and fewer expectations. Cultivating trust in the natural flow of the world, and your life.

HOW TO: Rest your hands in your lap comfortably with the Left hand below the Right hand. Hold for 5-10 natural breaths. State the intention statement three times out loud, then silently. Notice how you feel in body, mind, and emotions. No known cautions.

FIVE ELEMENTS: Ushas Mudra balances all of the Five Elements within the body.
