Owls often represent insight, wisdom, and thoughtfulness. I love their faces and large eyes that seem to look at us straight on like a person might, and with those clear eyes that somehow peer right through us to find our deepest truths and our wisdom.

If an owl peered into your depths today, what insight would they discover within you?

MEDITATION:

Take a moment to imagine gazing into your favorite owl’s eyes to become aware of the Inner Wisdom they find within you. Perhaps words, feelings, a color, images, or something else will arise; perhaps words something like “I am well” or “I am calm in my depths”.
