Coursework Instructions – Here’s how to move through your training:
Sequential Learning: Each piece is intentionally placed to support your learning and help you feel grounded, inspired, and ready to guide others with confidence and care.
- 3 Main Sections: Learn A, B & C= core teachings includes ‘Lesson Videos’ to learn new concepts and ‘Practice Videos’ where you’ll be lovingly guided through Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
- Pause to Reflect with Journal Prompts to hand in.
- Complete the 3 Quizzes.
14-Day Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Immersion
- Access to two of my Yoga Nidra Collections = 18 unique Yoga Nidras
- Practice Yoga Nidra 1-Hour Classes anytime, as many times as you wish, over a 14-Day period, then it disappears, so mark your calendar.
- Included are Journal Prompts, Mandalas and Body Maps (no need to hand these in as they are for your own personal practice).
- NOTE: You need to personally practice at least 3 Yoga Nidras for your training HOMEWORK. Practicing more is optional, and also recommended. You need to practice what you will be guiding!
