Frequently Asked Questions

How to Register, Attend or Practice

1. Click REGISTRATION button for what you would like to register for. This takes you to the REGISTRATION PAGE to fill out and pay.

2. You'll receive a WELCOME EMAIL with information for what you've registered for, and another email with your PAYMENT RECEIPT.

Live-Online Events: You will receive the zoom LINK and confirmation from zoom. After your Live-Online Event is over, we'll email you the RECORDING so you can practice when you want!

On-Demand Videos: LOGIN and open ACCOUNT page on the top right hand side of our website. Under “COURSES” (lefthand green sidebar) you will find all of your registered Classes, Workshops and Series. Click the title to view your VIDEO.

Level and physical requirements

Everything I offer is designed for All-Levels (including beginners) and ranges from gentle to moderate levels of intensity.

I encourage my participants to listen to their bodies to alter or modify anything during the practice to increase comfort levels, to use props or to rest when it feels good to do that.

Make sure you check with your doctor about any movement practice before you begin.

CE's -- CEU’s Continuing Education Credits

Earn your CE’s with me! I am a YACEP Yoga Alliance Provider.

You can get your CE’s YACEP for my Series, Workshops, Trainings and Retreats. This can be for my Live-Online, On-Demand, or In-Person offerings.

How To Receive Your CE's? After your program, Email [email protected] and tell us:

  • Program Name
  • Program Date
  • The EMAIL ADDRESS you use for your YA account so we can find you there.

We'll email you after we have processed your CE's to let you know they are in your account! This can take up to two weeks to process.

Handouts and Workbook Access

1) LOGIN to your ACCOUNT on the top right-hand side of our website, if you are not already logged in. 

2) Open ACCOUNT page on the top right-hand side of our website. You will find all of your registered Classes, Workshops, Series, and Trainings under “COURSES” in the green bar on the left.  

3) Click on the WORKSHOP or SERIES to find your Handouts or Workbook pdfs, as well as the Recordings after the event has taken place.

YOGA NIDRA 

  • 1-Hour Class – Every Thursday
  • Includes Yoga Nidra recording for 3-days

Join our circle for restore deeply with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra! We will begin with a short discussion, instructions, and hand mudra to help us get centered. Then you’ll be guided through a new and unique 45-minute Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra created by Jennifer.

WORKSHOPS

  • Includes Workshop Recording for 3-weeks

No matter the topic, every Workshop concludes with a serene Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra journey, offering a chance to rest, reset, and seamlessly assimilate the information and practices.
