Reach for the sidewall again as you lower your right hand down. Repeat with left hand.

BREATHE FULLY “My inner fire shines brightly.” Chakravakasana Sun Bird Pose: Extend your right arm and left leg while keeping your pelvis squared to the ground. “Radiant light expands through my whole being every moment.” Hold your hands in front of your heart similar as prayer pose. Instills optimism, enthusiasm and uplifts the energy while cultivating your inner light. Can strengthen immune system and help to revitalize stale energy. Caution for heart conditions.

Hold mudra for 5-10 natural breaths, then repeat phrase both aloud and silently.
