FIVE ELEMENT YOGA PRACTICE to Increase Your Radiance! Enjoy this simple 3-part practice.

1. INHALE “Reaching for the Sun…” From table pose, reach right hand out toward the sidewall, then all the way up to the sun.
EXHALE “the rays of grace and vitality flow through me.”
Reach for the sidewall again as you lower your right hand down. Repeat with left hand.
Continue with many repetitions. Modification for sore shoulders: place your hand on the waist and lift your elbow to comfort level.
2. BREATHE FULLY “My inner fire shines brightly.” Chakravakasana Sun Bird Pose: Extend your right arm and left leg while keeping your pelvis squared to the ground. Feel your strength and stability as you sustain the pose for as long as feels good for you. Repeat on the other side.

Tejas Mudra
“Radiant light expands through my whole being every moment.” Hold your hands in front of your heart similar as prayer pose. Instills optimism, enthusiasm and uplifts the energy while cultivating your inner light. Can strengthen immune system and help to revitalize stale energy. Caution for heart conditions.

Hold mudra for 5-10 natural breaths, then repeat phrase both aloud and silently.
