During Summer, the Fire Element uprises bringing long sunshine filled days, outward-flowing energy, and heat. This peak of Fire energy can lead to excitement and growth but also potential imbalance, discomfort, and even illness. Through Jennifer’s potent synthesis of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, you’ll activate your energy channels to feel calm, cool, and balanced all season long.

In the intense ‘yang’ season of summer, it’s common to experience increased heat, agitation, impatience, anger, and disturbed sleep, often leading to burnout by the season’s end. These symptoms can manifest physically as headaches, pain, insomnia, heart and circulatory issues, lymphatic problems, poor digestion, and fatigue.

You will love our calming flow of meridian yoga postures and self-massage techniques that will help to decongest, nourish, and strengthen your Summer Meridian channels. The results will leave you feeling more at peace in your mind and heart, grounded, stronger constitutionally, and experiencing a smoother flow of ease in your joints and body.

We will end each session with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation takes you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping for deep relaxation and integration. Yoga nidra is proven to heal your body and mind by shifting you into the natural healing parasympathetic mode.
