Skilled yoga teacher Jennifer Reis is an authentic, spirited, and heart-centered leader who creates dynamic classes, workshops, and teacher trainings. A yoga educator since 1996, Jennifer has led the Kripalu School of Yoga 200-hr Yoga Teacher Trainings and Integrative Yoga Therapy. Faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, the largest yoga center in the US, she has taught and studied here as her home base since 2001.

Jennifer’s Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is an in depth training with a beautifully written 220-page proprietary manual. Jennifer has over 2200 graduates and has led this special training live online, and in person in Toronto, Chicago, San Diego, Manhattan, Boston, Tampa, Rekjavik Iceland, Melbourne Australia, and other locations.

Originally from Canada, Jennifer now lives in Lenox, MA with her large garden, her dogs and her husband Michael. She studied Eastern Religions, Anthropology and Visual Arts in college, then became a professional artist in Canada who exhibited nationally and received numerous Canada and Ontario Arts Council grants to develop her work.
