Jennifer’s Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Teacher Training has received worldwide attention and has almost 2000 graduates who lead Divine Sleep® out in the world! Jennifer has led her teacher training in Toronto, Chicago, San Diego, Manhattan, Boston, Rekjavik, Melbourne AUS and more locations. Jennifer brings her knowledge of bodywork as a licensed massage therapist who practices Shiastu (based in Chinese Medicine) and Ayurveda into her creation of Five Element Yoga® which is an easy and practical way to practice yoga and self-care bodywork to bring inner balance and harmony. Jennifer lives in Lenox, MA with a large garden, her dogs and husband.
