Prana, the ‘vital life force’, dances through fields of expression throughout our being that both fuel and control our levels of vitality and wellness. The direct relationship between the flows of prana and our physical, mental and emotional health means that where there is stagnancy or blockage, we can suffer illness in the body, mind and emotions–much like a lamp with a faulty cord. 

In this comprehensive 5 -session practice, you’ll be expertly guided to awaken your Prana Fields through yoga postures, rhythmic movement, mudras, and self-massage and yoga nidra in a harmonious blend of physical movement and inner exploration. As you progress through the sessions, you’ll notice a newfound sense of knowledge, awareness, and a more profound connection to your prana and levels of vitality.

You’ll also receive ‘Unlocking Fields of Prana’ — a 50-page Workbook packed with information, practical exercises, and diagrams illustrating the Fields of Prana, providing you with a thorough exploration of this essential aspect of yoga wisdom.

To end each session, I’ll lead you in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation takes you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping for deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is proven to heal your body and mind by shifting you into the natural healing parasympathetic mode.
