This Deep Relaxation Retreat is thoughtfully crafted to guide you progressively deeper through your body and mind, thoroughly renewing every aspect of your being. Throughout the weekend, we’ll blend mindful yoga postures, mudras, breathwork, self-massage, and, of course, the transformative Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation. You’ll feel layers of stress and tension melting away, fostering a greater capacity for joy and compassion while revealing your refreshed self.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate you at core levels. Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery and other practices, you are systematically guided on a meditation journey through each level of your whole being — the koshas. Peacefully, Divine Sleep® gives you access to your deeper levels so that you feel connection with your whole self.

Five Element Yoga® brings together the rich traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and bodywork.  This multi-faceted practice helps you to feel calm, connected, and happy, as well as resilient and potent from within.  You will refresh from the inside out as you learn and practice powerful new wellness tools.
