Summer is considered to be yang: warm, bright, outgoing, and intense. It’s easy to fall out of balance, feeling increased agitation, reactivity, insomnia, heat, and even burn-out. 

Sooth your Summer Stress away – not only in your body – but also through your energy channels, thoughts and emotions. Instill cool, harmony and calm within yourself.

Learn more about the healing benefits of these unique practices: Restorative Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation. These practices stimulate the Vagus Nerve, shifting you into the parasympathetic restorative relaxation mode.  

Be nurtured as you are guided in Restorative Five Element Yoga® including rhythmic movement, breathing, yoga postures with minimal props, mudras, affirmations, and self-massage. 

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop with Jennifer’s soothing voice, accompanied by inspiring music, leading you on a special journey for deep inner peace and calm. This lying down guided meditation will bring awareness to each level of your being, allowing you to fully let go into ease and wholeness. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

PLUS: You will receive practice handouts so you can continue to cultivate a regular practice, emailed to you within 24hrs of the Workshop.

This is a live online session. Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: You can choose to have your video ON or OFF for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

All you need is:

  • 2 blankets
  • 2 cushions or pillows
  • Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)
  • Optional yoga block
  • Optional chair to sit on
