Class #1:  FLYING WITH SWALLOW INTO BLISS GARDEN Yoga Nidra Journey

Voyage through your inner being, letting yourself catch up with yourself body-heart-spirit. You’ll be invited into the spring meadow where you will fly with a beautiful SWALLOW feeling free in the blue sky! She’ll fly you through a colorful garden, helping you to find your inner balance and vitality and filling with universal bliss in the Anandamaya kosha, BLISS BODY.

 


 

Class #2:  RECEIVING RENEWAL IN THE FOUR DIRECTIONS Yoga Nidra Journey

Held by the Earth resting and replenishing, you will connect with body, breath, mind, heart, and wisdom in this peaceful journey. You’ll find a special tree, journey uphill with an ancient stone wall, and find a clearing at the top of the hill where you can gaze into and reflect upon the potency of the Four Directions that will help you to guide your way within your heart.

 


Class #3:  BUTTERFLY WINGS EXPANDING SKY Yoga Nidra Journey

Be guided on this sweet meditation to restore your body, energy, mind and emotions. Contract and then expand your wings into the sky, feeling as free and open as the big blue all around! Join the stars and feel their healing light within you as you feel held by the Universe and so nurtured. Among other things, this journey will soothe your back. You will feel balanced and held.

 


Class #4:  MIGHTY AS AN OAK TREE Yoga Nidra Journey

Feel yourself becoming more connected with the Earth as you grow roots like a Mighty Oak Tree in this guided yoga nidra journey. Eventually you merge within the Oak Tree, increasing your strength and resilience, finding a new sense of grounded calm within your center, and connection within the community of trees and loved ones in your life. Uncover your never-ending strength of spirit!

 


Class #5:  THE SACRED CIRCLE OR WHOLENESS WITHIN Yoga Nidra Journey

A blessing is a circle of light drawn around a person to protect, heal and strengthen. John O’Donohue

First drawing a circle blessing around yourself in this yoga nidra journey, you’ll be guided in an exploration of the SACRED CIRCLE within. The circle as a potent symbol representing wholeness and unity: and you ARE the circle, and live within the greater circle of the infinite. Your inner compass can be revealed in this calming exploration, helping you to find your CENTER. You’ll feel grounded and one within your heart.


Class #6:  IMMUNE BOOST Five Element Yoga® UPLIFT WITH AIR ELEMENT

Air Element inspires this class to nourish the heart, chest, and thymus gland increasing your Immune health and wellness. Enjoy playful flowing warrior poses, massaging potent energy points from Traditional Chinese Medicine that allow you to breathe your fullest breath. Learn how to lengthen your side ribs to expand breath even more. Yoga nidra will restore you to your fullest in our sweet guided relaxation meditation to complete our practice.  and one within your heart.


Class #7:  IMMUNE BOOST Five Element Yoga® FOUNTAIN OF ENERGY

By cultivating your Pranavayu upward ‘fountain’ of energy in this class, you’ll strengthen your breathing, lung health and immune system. Our gentle backbends expand your ribs, and lengthen the spine. Arm movements coordinated with breath both invigorate and detoxify. Then we’ll work on the Lung Channel with self-massage. Our movement includes slow flowing side warriors, resting ‘banana’ and twist poses, and full release with our yoga nidra relaxation ‘dessert’ to finish.


Class #8:  JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS Five Element Yoga®

We invoke the vitality of the Five Elements within ourselves in this practice that includes mudras, self-massage, acupressure, special breathing techniques, flowing movement and yoga postures. Activating your inner Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether Elements will bring you back into harmony and wellness, helping you feel fresh, alive and vital. This complete practice ends with a short yoga nidra for deep rest.
