What was powerful for me was a deeper understanding of breath and the power of the breath. Jennifer is excellent, supportive and encouraging.
It was powerful to move slowly into deepening, emphasis on prana and not gripping or tightening. Great attention to details of alignment and support. She challenged us to explore edges with awareness. This certainly helped me to strengthen and deepen my own personal practice.
I gained insight into the energy with and how to use that energy on and off the mat. I have more appreciation of the power of the breath.
